Double charged

Downloaded this game several months ago and it kept crashing at the same spot. I assumed that the problem was with my iPad 3 not being powerful enough and uninstalled the game. Today I tried installing it on my iPad Air and it wouldnt load from my computer. I went to the App Store and all of a sudden the game wants another 5 bucks to download again.

The game kept crashing then wants more money to make it work. I dont think so.
